Not quite what I wanted to do!!!
Hey how are my fellow buddy slimmers…..I know I have not logged on for awhile but with my hubby home from the hospital and me back to work I have not had the time to blog. Plus I was really sick with stomach flu….
It was really bad. I tell you I have done a toilet marathon before but nothing like I did on Tuesday. I did not know what to do bend over or sit on it so I did both,,,,,Anyway, while my body was losing fluids I also lost an additional 7 pounds now in reality I Guess it is good but in fact I lost ALOT of fluids. I guess I got badly dehydrated and I couldn’t think I could hardly focus and I was extremely weak.

ANYWAY The reason I am blogging is that since my hubby had his heart attack he has waited to be on a somewhat vegetarian diet and I am running out of ideas of what to make for dinners. Low salt no cholesterol and low fat so I am calling in the troops(((you guys)))) to help me with ideas that can be whipped up easy because I work during the day and have two children are that are hungry after school. So any information would be a help..

Who wants to be first!!! I have fallen and I can’t get back on…………..to the workout routine . I am still eating well, even over the Easter Weekend, I am not binging I am drinking my water but I just can’t find my mojo, I am hoping that since the weather has warmed up I will get on track to do my exercises. Even my children are getting involved ( they just don’t really know it) every weekend we have been doing something either swimming or walking getting the Rollerblades out. They are having fun exercising …but SHHHH don’t tell them it is good for them!!
Talk about a cardio workout!!. The children and I have a blast on it together!!
